This is a quick introduction to my life coaching blog.
I have changed my working approach recently, moving from counselling and psychotherapy to life coaching. This fits with who I am today, I am better equipped to support my clients to work towards their best selves using positive psychology and holistic method. The aim being to find balance and well being and a whole lot of understanding along the way.
As I strive to be healthy and happy in a world where there are so many pressures it is my wish to share this journey with you!
